The Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency announces the “Call for Projects” for the third cycle of the Lifeline Transportation Program for Napa County. All interested parties are invited to submit applications for projects.
The Lifeline Transportation grant is intended to fund projects that result in improved mobility and public transit system enhancement for low-income residents. Funding has been structured to serve the low-income residents of the nine Bay Area Counties including Napa County.
