NCTPA will be hosting a public meeting on the Napa Subregion's Regional Housing Need Allocation (RHNA) planning process.  Come learn about the RHNA process and proposed methodology for determining a housing distribution among the jurisdictions of Napa County.  Your thoughts regarding this information will be provided to decision makers as the finalize a "fair share" methodology for distribution of housing allocations for future planning.
