Seeking Maintenance Services for Van Fleet

The Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency (NCPTA) is seeking maintenance services for the ten 15 passenger 2003 GMC Savanna 3500 in the Agricultural Worker Vanpool Program (AWVP) fleet. Vendor shall provide routine and non-routine maintenance and repair work for the entire AWVP fleet vehicles. Vendor would provide physical damage maintenance, towing services, car washes, safety and recall procedures, reporting and tracking processes, mobile maintenance service and warranty all work. Vendor shall provide all equipment, parts, mounting hardware, tools, consumables, labor, supervision, transportation, disposal, etc. Provider shall supply documentation and written reports are also expected after every maintenance procedure to NCTPA.
Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time on August 5, 2010.

Seeking On-Site Bus Production Inspection Services

The Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency (NCTPA) is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct On-Site Bus Production Inspection Services of four buses in July-Sept 2010 and an additional bus in the December 2010/January 2011 timeframe. The selected bidder will ensure that all FTA and NCTPA procurement requirements are met. Factory location is scheduled at the New Flyer plant in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
The individual or firm will ensure each bus complies with specifications as is developed and agreed to by NCTPA; is built to the highest level of reliability and maintainability; and in accordance with Federal Transit Administration requirements, including “Buy America” requirements and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
NCTPA has been notified by New Flyer of America that ISE, their propulsion system supplier, may be unable to deliver or delay the delivery of systems. Based upon matters outside of NCTPA’s control, NCTPA may delay, cancel or amend the number of buses inspected. By responding to this Quote for Goods/Services Bidder understands this situation and the successful Bidder will not hold NCTPA financially accountable for delays, cancelations or changes to number of buses inspected.
Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time on July 29, 2010.

The Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency (NCTPA) announce its release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) #2010-02 to provide a Countywide Bicycle Plan Update. NCTPA invites firms or individuals qualified that possess qualifications, experience and knowledge to submit a proposal. NCTPA serves as the countywide transportation planning body for the incorporated and unincorporated areas within Napa County and is responsible for programming State and Federal funding for transportation projects within the county. NCTPA is charged with coordinating short and long term planning and funding within an intermodal policy framework in the areas of highways, streets and roads, transit and Paratransit, and bicycle improvements.
Proposals must be received no later than 1:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time on February 12, 2010.
