BUS STOP CLOSURE 3A & 3B

Effective August 24th 2010 road construction on Solano Avenue has closed the following VINE 3A and 3B bus stops. Route 3A: W. Pueblo & Solano; W. Park & Solano; Waverly & Solano; and Lone Oak & Solano. Route 3B: W. Pueblo & Solano.

Rider Alert: Labor Day - No Service

Napa County transit services will not operate on Monday, September 6, 2010 in observance of Labor Day. Regular service will resume on Tuesday, September 7, 2010. The VINE Customer Service Office at the VINE Transit Center will also be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010. Have a safe holiday!

YORK & MARIN CLOSED

Effective February 22, 2010 York & Marin Bus stop on VINE Route 10 will be closed until April 2011 during construction. The VINE routes 10 & 29 will no longer stop at this bus stop. The Vallejo Ferry Terminal will serve as the transfer point during this period.

VINE Route 11 Service Adjustment

Effective Monday, November 16, 2009 the VINE Route 11 service will streamline its first run to Santa Rosa so that riders can attend early morning classes at the Santa Rosa Junior College. By serving the Kaiser medical center on an “On Demand” basis for the first run of the morning and removing the 7:50 AM time point at the Ursuline/Cardinal Newman High School bus stop, the Route 11 bus can reach the Mendocino & Steele Lane corner in time for 8 am classes.
This means that the bus driver will only stop at the Kaiser Medical Center if there are no riders exiting.As well, the driver will no longer dwell at the Ursuline/Cardinal Newman bus stop until 7:50 am. Once passengers have left or boarded the bus, service will continue without further delays.

New VINE Route 1C

The new VINE Route "1C" launches Monday, August 31, 2009. Route 1C will operate between downtown Napa and the Premium Outlets via First Street and Second Street, turning at Main Street. Best of all - service operates every 20-minutes from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Route 1C will serve the Premium Outlets at a new bus stop on Freeway Drive next to Liz Claiborne. Look for a larger VINE bus on the Route 1C. For additional information call the VINE Customer Service Office at 707-251-2800 or 800-696-6443.

The VINE Consumer Advisory Committee (VCAC)meets bi-monthly at 6 p.m. at the Napa County Transportation & Planning Agency. The VCAC is an advisory committee that meets to discuss transit issues about the VINE and related transit services. The public is welcome to attend and share their comments and suggestions. Meeting dates are: January 8th, March 12th, May 14th, July 9th, September 10th and November 12th. The meeting address is NCTPA, 707 Randolph Street, Conference Room, Napa, next to the historic Presbyterian Church. For additional information call 707-259-8631.

Yountville Shuttle New Hours & New Rides

Beginning Friday, November 28th the Yountville Shuttle will launch new, extended hours to 11 pm, including on demand pickup service between the hours of 7 pm to 11 pm. No service on Monday and Tuesdays. Call 707-944-1234 to learn more, or call 707-312-1509 to request a deviated pickup.

New Route 10 Flag Stop in Calistoga

Effective Saturday, November 1, 2008 the VINE Route 10 service northbound, between Dunaweal Lane and Lincoln Avenue in Calistoga, will introduce a new ``Flag Stop`` at 110 Foothill Blvd. Passengers may hail or exit the bus from this new flag stop. Chef's Market Thursday Night Deviations

Beginning May 22nd, VINE Routes 1A, 4,5,6 and the Trolley will deviate each Thursday evenings in downtown Napa during Chef``s Market season. Services will deviate to Soscol Avenue to Third Street, then back to First Street to resume their regular routing.

Effective July 1, 2006 you can now call American Canyon Transit service at 707-557-7557 to schedule a trip or to contact the customer service office.
